Archaeology and History Museum   
The Archaeology and History Museum is located in the San Anton Castle in the bay. The fortress was built in the 16th Century on what was then an island. At one time, it served as a prison.

Archive of the Indies   
The Archive of the Indies began in the 16th Century when market traders set up their stalls next to the cathedral. A new home was needed to store everything from the rain, and Felipe II approved the construction of this building which took from 1583 to 1646.

Art Museum   
The Museum of Art is located near the cathedral in the former Episcopal Palace. The museum houses a comprehensive collection of art from the Romanesque period to the 20th Century.

Artium   
The Artium, Basque Museum of Contemporary Art opened in 2002 and its aim is to illustrate the evolution of Spanish art since the beginning of the 20th Century.

Bandit museum   
The Museo del Banderlero is dedicated to the bandits of the Serrania de Ronda mountain range. Central Andalucia was once renowned for its outlaws. The mountain ranges are riddled with valleys, ravines and caves. During the 19th Century, some of the bandits who robbed the rich were folk heroes.

Barcelona Cathedral   
One of the loveliest features of this magnificent Gothic cathedral is the cloister, which has a pool with white geese and a statue to St George. The interior contains a single nave with 28 side chapels, and in the crypt is the alabaster tomb of St Eulalia, the city`s patron saint.

Barjola Museum   
The Barjola Museum is located in the 17th Century four storey Trinity Complex which consists of a mansion and a chapel in the Baroque style. The art collection comprises of donated works created between 1950 and 1988 by the Expressionist artist Juan Bargola.

Basilica de San Miguel   
The Basilica de San Miguel was designed by Italian Giacomo Bonavio for the youngest son of Felipe V, Don Luis. The boy was the Archbishop of Toledo from the age of five.

Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar   
The Church of Saint Mary of the Sea is located in the city`s maritime district. This beautiful building was built in the 14th Century in the Catalan Gothic style.

Basilica of Our Lady of the Forsaken   
The Basilica of Our Lady of the Forsaken is a Baroque building, dating from the 17th Century. Above the altar is the statue of the patroness of the city, Virgen de las Desamparados.
