The Resistance Museum
The Verzetsmuseum aims to show how life was for Dutch people during World War II. It gives an honest perspective of how the Nazi forces came to Holland and gradually took away the freedoms of the Jewish, and later all Dutch population.

The Rotterdam Centre for Visual Arts
The Rotterdam Centre for Visual Arts is also known as TENT, and provides a showcase for modern art by local artists from the last decade. The shows cover a variety of subects, from real, modern day issues such as squatting, to more sedate topics such as landscape design.

The Toy Museum
The Speelgoedmuseum de Kijkdoos, or Toy Museum, in Hoorn holds a large collection of children’s toys from the 1800s up to the bresent day, separated into three sections.

The Waag Building
The Waag Society was founded in 1994 as the ’Society for Old and New Media’. They are based in the Waag Building, which was build in 1488 and originally named the Gate of St. Anthony.

The Weighing House
The Waag (Weighing House) in Gouda is a large building which dates back to 1668 and is considered an important part of the town and its history.

Theater Museum
The Theatre Museum is a part of the Netherlands Theatre Institute which is housed in five canalside buildings. The Museum shows the history of Dutch theatre with a collection of costumes, prints, drawings, puppets props, and sets.

Torture Museum
The Torture Museum is a small museum dedicated to forms of punishment, interrogation and execution throughout history.

Trippenhuis
The Trippenhuis, on the Kloveniersburwal waterway, is a large mansion decorated with Corinthian plasters and an ornate frieze. The mansion was built for the Trip family, one of the richest families in Amsterdam, in 1662.

Tropenmuseum
The Tropenmuseum is an ethnographic museum, with a collection of art, photographs, music and films from around the world. There are a variety of temporary exhibitions, and eight permanent ones covering Southeas Asia, Oceana, Western Asica, North Africa, Africa, and Latin America.

Van Abbe Museum
The Van Abbe Museum is a museum of modern and contemporary art. The museum opened in 1936, and has built up a collection of over 2700 items, including works by renowned masters such as Picasso, Chagall, Weiner, and McCarthy.
