Train 1900
Starting in Petange, this little tourist train makes its journey up and around hills to Fond-de-Gras. The train uses restored steam engines and carriages from the period when the Chiers Valley was busy with ironworks and mines. The little engines were used to haul iron ore.

Tram and Bus Museum
The Tram and Bus Museum contains a variety of exhibits such as a horse-drawn coach, tramway carriages and trailers, models of buses, historical uniforms and equipment. There are also many documents and photographs that show the development of the city`s transport since the 1870s.

Trinitarian Church
Formerly the church for the Trinitarian abbey, it was built in 1248 in the Gothic style. It is now the parish church and the building contains two naves.There is a baroque altar and an altar with a stone renaissance retable (decorated panels) as well as a baroque organ.

Trinitarian Cloister
The cloister of the Trinitarian Church is considered to be one of the most ancient Gothic cloisters between Vianden and the Rhine. The Trinitarians founded a monastery here in 1248, and the monks wore white coats with a red and blue cross.

Troisvierges Church
Located in the north of The Ardennes is the small town of Troisvierges. The parish church dates from 1640 when it was the church of a large Franciscan monastery. It contains baroque furnshings and a high, elaborate altar which is the work of the Rubens school.

Upper Sure Natural Park
The Nature Park of the Upper Sure is located in the Ardennes region of Luxembourg. It is centred around the Lake of the Upper Sure and the river. The surrounding countryside consists of wooded hills, streams and small villages.

Useldange Castle
High above the village of Useldange on the bank of the River Attert stands the ruins of an ancient castle. The well preserved 65 foot high keep is the oldet part of the feudal fortress, and it probably dates back to the 11th Century.

Valley of the Seven Castles
This is a signposted tour that guides the visitor through farm and woodland with views of seven castles. It is a beautiful drive but most castles cannot be visited. The tour starts at Mersch, north of Luxembourg, and follows the Eisch river. One castle, Schoenfels, is in the Mamer Valley.

Vauban Towers
Guarding the valley of the Alzette River are two massive towers built by French military engineer Vauban, after he captured the city of Luxembourg from the Spaniards in the 17th Century. Having recognised weaknesses in the city`s defences, he strengthened the fortress by building more walls and forts.
