theres not really a big story behind my username just that my real name is kevin and when i was at school i ust to be called keva alot. Then i first used it when i got the internet and its kind of grown on me from there

Red Tape: An expression associated with government or bureaucracy, as in "I could claim benefits, but there is so much red tape to get through."

I work for the government (and I'm here to help). Actually, my job focuses more on eliminating red tape than creating it...which doesn't mean I don't suffer from it every now and then.

It has nothing to do with my hair color (or colour for those of you in the Commonwealth), which is also red...but with a heck of a lot of grey these days.

...ah and I just looked at my profile. I first joined two years ago TODAY!
