Yes, he currently has 3 registered members - admin, me and one other. I just went and registered in order to post this but it seems I maybe didn't have to register in order to do so.

Is this not an infringement of your intellectual property rights aaron? Stealing your format must break at least a moral code of conduct somewhere.

Well done for getting your apt message up on their forum, though it would seem that they are 18 months behind you in terms of attracting visitors to their plagiarised forum.

Don't think you have anything to worry about Aaron. Half the site is illegible to read with quotes etc all over the place, and someone should be locking the posts. I wouldn't want to be associated with a site like that Embarassed

The site used to be an almost exact replica of this board. The board names were identical, and some of the posts were even taken from this board and posted over on that one. The site owner was contacted, and has since amended things somewhat. You would think he would have learned the error of his ways, though... I notice he's now "stealing" posts from another location. Rolling Eyes

Well... it's not coming from a board as such. He's taking it all from Usenet (ie. newsgroups). The really daft thing is that he even copies the spam posts. Compare this and this, for instance. Rolling Eyes

From memory, it was just a Google search for a travel forum. I try to keep abreast of all the other travel boards out there just to ensure we're still ahead of the game. Wink
