Morning All,

This is my first post, and therefore I better tell you a bit about myself.

I am from Johannesburg in South Africa, and am a middle-aged (sounds horrible, and difficult to accept) lawyer, who really enjoys all sorts of travel.

I have been to various destinations, mainly in Africa and Europe.

I enjoy all sorts of travel, but my ideal holiday is skiing in Europe.

I am interested in more adventurous holidays, and would like to do the Haute Route, or "climb" Mont Blanc soon.

I guess that's enough about me.

I came across the forum on Google, whilst looking for Adventure travel forums.
