| We'd like to help promote sites to see in the UK, but don't have time to just drive around and visit everywhere. Guidebooks are ok too, but where are the hidden spots which are just glorious and beautiful. Great bike rides? Places to go horse riding for a day? Farmers with fields who don't mind you camping there and will sell you fresh milk or a nice fry up in the morning? Love to hear about where and why! |

|
|
| I can highly recommend visiting Whitby and the surrounding area. Whitby is a beautiful town, in a charming location. It has something to offer everyone, from the historic Whitby Abbey, to the lovely beach, to the delightful bustling cobbled streets. There is a bike trail that follows the old railway line to Robin Hood's Bay. You can hire bikes at Stainsacre (Trailways) or take your own. The trail follows some of the most dramatic coastline in England. |

Gerrald... this requires a separate thread. And it might also help if you told people where you are travelling from. Your IP address tells me you are in India. Wouldn't you be better off flying? _________________ UK Hotels - UK Selfcatering - UK B&Bs - UK Attractions

| Following are some places that will surely help you to explore more insight parts of UK. Slievenacloy Nature Reserve (Belfast), Loch of the Lowes (Perthshire), Salthill Quarry (Lancashire), Wye Valley Reserves (Derbyshire), Thorswood, Weaver Hills (Staffordshire), Chobham Common (Surrey). I would surely like to add on few, but for the time being these would be enough for you. |

If you want a vacation where you see England how YOU want to see England, try a Norfolk-Tours vacation.
I take all the worry out of organising your time here, from transfers, accommodation, outings, day-trips, eating out etc etc. All you need to do, is arrive in England, I do the rest!
