| That sounds great because I am planning to visit Manchester next month and was wondering where to stay, but now after reading your post I am certain that I will be staying at the Roomzzz Manchester for sure. Thanks a lot for your kind advice and thanks for sharing your experiences with us. Cheers! |

I would recomment the Macdonald Hotel near Piccadilly station.
Its a 5* hotel with a spa. The restaurant is one of the best that I have ever eaten in.
The staff are so helpful & friendly.
I have stayed several times in both room & suites and have never paid more that £85 for a room - they have loads of special offers on the website so that I have never paid full price. |

It's actually a 4 star hotel.
I think the Lowry is the only 5 star hotel in Manchester. (It certainly used to be.) _________________ UK Hotels - UK Selfcatering - UK B&Bs - UK Attractions

Where abouts is Roomz? I've heard of them.
I'm coming to Manchester this month to see Lionel Richie at the MEN and we're staying at The Mitre, which is only a couple of minutes away and next to the Manchester Cathedral. I've never stayed there before, but I have been there for food a couple of times which was really nice. Some budget hotels give others a bad name as it's a "you get what you paid for" attitude, but the Mitre is the complete opposite. Me and my friend paid around £50 for a twin room, so will let you know what it's like! |
