Shetland Tips

I'm going to Shetland this summer (mid June) and looking to see as much as possible in a week. We're staying 2 days on Unst and 5 on Bressay near Thurso. As well as tips for the best walking spots, I'd like to know where the best sites for seeing seabirds, especially puffins, are and where would be a good place for a boat trip? Any tips on where to eat out would be great too, nothing flashy, good pub grub is more than fine.

Should say we are staying at Bressay Lighthouse, so if anyone has experienced that I'd love to hear about it.
