Well, I suggest you visit London, which is one of the best cities in Europe. New Year celebrations in London are probably the best in the world, you can really enjoy there. I definitely recommend visiting there.

you should check out Belgrade it always has a great atmosphere there are many places and clubs where you can spend new year's and of course there is a large party in the main square of the City with live music

I lived in Madeira for 4 years and for the first New Years we spent there, we enjoyed the famous fire-work display from a hill in a park in Funchal, the views were great, but we could see that 5 to midnight loads of cruises linkdeleted out at sea, so for the last 3 years thats what we did, got on-board a Costa cruise at half 11, and awaited to see the fireworks.
I would defiantly recommend this to anyone and everyone! They have to be famous for a reason!

I guess that Wienn it's a great destination. Elegant and with a lot of history, you can have there the holidays full with all the culinary flavor, holiday spirit, and sensation that you live for few days in XVIII century.
