Hi Catherine.

Would you stretch to Wales perhaps?

It sounds like you four would enjoy Pembrokeshire, or the Gower. You could take your caravan, or rent one while you're there.

Or the Lake District if you haven't been there before.

Dan.

Thanx, It would be hard to use our caravan in Wales, because its so mountainous there. But then it would be fun, so i guess we might go there. Thank - you so much Razz
Yes, we have been to the lake district. Does it always rain there? lol, it has when we went there and when my friend went there.

Away from the South-East (OK so I'm biased having grown up in rural England), it can rain at any time!

Wales, The lakes, Cornwall etc. (being the most Westerley parts of the country) are particularly prone, but then they are also the most beautiful parts of England.

Southern Wales isn't very mountainous. From London (near you I believe), the M4 will take you all the way there (over the original Severn Bridge), and Pembrokeshire is as far as you can go before the Irish Sea!

I gather you've already been to the Forest-of-Dean, and the border with Wales is only a few miles further then that!

Glad to be able to help Cat! Smile

Dan.
