I never ever visited there but should visit once in life because Dubai is one of the best places to spending for holidays. One of my friends visited couple of months ago and he really enjoyed over there especially Burj Khalifa tour. Whenever I get a chance so must visit. _________________ Dubai excursions | Dubai tourism | Dubai tour activities |

Hi
If you mean Burj Khalifa formally known as Burj Dubai, then it's well worth visiting. Booking can be problematic, I booked it twice and each time I arrived on the day there was a 'technical' problem. Basically a lift collapsed, you might not have heard about it because they like to keep these things a little hush hush if you know what I mean. Anyway, that's Dubai for you, and in general when it's good, it's very good..but when service is bad, it's very bad.
My advice book it early for day 1 or 2 of your trip, allowing for a 'technical' problem or cancellation. If it's windy they may cancel it too.
You also need to bear in mind the time of day and year you want to visit. The summer heat is intense, and although there are no clouds, it can be hazy with the intensity of the heat.
My advice is go between March and May, before this there is often a lot of fog as things are warming up in Dubai. Or go between October to end of December as things cool down, the haze goes and the skies become brilliant blue - and you will get the best out of your visit.
Good luck. _________________ Holiday Rentals | Holiday Apartments | Advertise Holiday Accommodation FREE |

Touring Burj Khalifa is actually very easy, since it is open to the public. However, if you plan on visiting particular shops in the tower, you will have to reserve for that one. _________________ Looking for a jobs in australia - PrincipalVisas.Com |

| Touring Burj Khalifa is actually very easy, but you may need to purchase the ticket in advance especially during tourist seasons, sometimes you may able to get the ticket on the spot but thats only for luck. |

The tower's architecture and engineering were performed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill of Chicago, with Adrian Smith as chief architect, and Bill Baker as chief structural engineer.

What about prices? I heard it was crazy expensive, so I dont think I can make it.
As well, I saw a 60 minutes segment about the harsh almost slave like conditions the workers in Dubai are subjected to. |
