Yes, definitely, but I don't have a site or telephone number to give you. There are plenty of buses between the two capitals.

You're missing out Bolivia though! If you have the time I'd recommend a detour into the Andes, as the long trip all the way down the coast is very very very long.

Bolivia has plenty of wildife and scenry to see and enjoy. La Paz is in a spectacular setting (a large rocky cauldron).

The Pacific coast of SA is not as interesting. The journey through Northern Chile is particularly dull. The biggest excitement on the bus we took from San Pedro de Atacama to Santiago was when the host initiated a game of bingo on board during the evening.

Unless your mission is to hurtle down the coast of South America, I'd certianly suggest that you make time for some stops along the way.
