Flying Help

Hi,

Can someone please advise me on a little problem.

The problem is, I have a fear of flying.

Iin 2001 I managed to scrape enough courage together to get on a plane to go to Portugal, but really only because it was a British airline company.

I'd like to go to Thailand in summer, but I don't know if I can muster up the courage to get on a plane.

I realise that statistically, it's unlikely that there wil be any incident, but that still doesn't take away the 'it could be my plane' fear factor.

Am I alone in my fear? Am I just bing a complete coward?

Any advice or anyone telling me I'm stupid is welcome.
