Hi,

I'm 21 female and i'm planning on travelling to thailand/cam/laos/vietname alone in march. I was wondering if this will be safe and would appreciate any advice. I've been told i'll meet loads of people, but also have been told that the accommodation is mainly not in dorm rooms so i will mostly be staying alone.

This is something I really want to do and have done for a while, but people keep putting doubts in my mind. I've travelled all over but never properly alone. Any advice will be helpful, thanks!

It will be safe for you to travel Thailand and also for the other countries because many ladies had done this before. But make sure to exercise proper security about money and personal belongings.

Actually, this will be challenging so arm yourself with confidence and safety protection tips. Especially be concerned with money and personal belongings. Smile always let someone know where you are in case of emergencies and avoid places that you think are not safe. Smile Good Luck!!

Hi ,

Plenty of females (and males) travel SE. Asia "alone" without problems.

In reality you'll never really be alone (unless you want to be). You'll meet other solo travelers werever you go and normaly end up making friends , traveling together and sharing acomodation to save cash.

Thats the beauty of traveling solo - when you want company its there and when you feel like being on your own for a few days you can do that too.

Have fun
