Tanzania - Insurance and vacinations ?

Hi there everone,

We are a South African family travelling to Tanzania in our S.A. - registered vehicle but have no 3rd party or any other form of insurance - which will apparently be a problem.

1) Where can we obtain cheap insurance as required for Tanzania before we leave ?

2) Will it suffice for Botswana/Zambia/Malawi/Mozambique as well ?

3) Also, must we have Yellow Fever vacinations before leaving S.A.?
