Would definately take a Californian wine over a French wine these days. Just seem to be a lot more innovative. _________________ Norfolk Hotel Guide |

I'm not sure I'd say innovative exactly, but in general I tend to go for New World wines over French ones. The French do do some good wines but they usually seem to cost more than an equivalent wine from the Americas or Australia. *shrug* _________________ car hire Italy - car hire France - car hire Spain |

Home made bulgarian rose- they sell it on the side of the road. When you get over the initial drinking out of a 3 litre coke bottle it is delicious!
That being said all bulgaria wine is very good and very cheap- lots of vineyards in the centre of the country- think they sell some in the uk, if you see some try it you won't be disappointed! _________________ Eagle rock cafe and apartments at :

The best I may have to say are from France. So much regions with each a very particular taste.
But there are a lot of other nice wines like from: Chily, Spain, Argentina, Italy, etc.. |

Northern California is probably my favorite right now as it just takes a little more refined and fresh tasting. Wines from Spain, Italy, and France are also great but each seem to have their own taste and sometimes are too dry for my taste especially French wines for the most part. _________________ Your source for info on Nashville, TN Hotels including the 5-star Hermitage Hotel downtown. |

France of course, is famous for its Champagne, the bubbly white wine associated with celebrations worldwide.

I prefer young dry white wine for sociable drinking. Here we can buy the local wine for 1.60 euro and it comes in a carton. Served with lots of ice! However, when having a "proper" dinner, I choose the wine to go with each course and have to say it is usually French wines.
Thankfully I do not yet have wine on my cornflakes and never start drinking until it is 5 o'clock somewhere. I did nearly put wine in the coffee though - picked up the wine carton not the milk carton! _________________ www.gowithdawn.com

Went to view a house (Mas Anglada, Fonteta, Baix Emporda) for inclusion on our site a few days ago. they have their own vinyard and we were gifted a bottle of theirs.
A 2007 reserva of only 1000 bottles and is not on sale!
This will be kept for a very special occasion. _________________ http://www.charmingvillas.net/

The question said the best wine and that has to be France.
I did have a lovely drop in Prague, however the wine was Italian!!
I'm not too sure on wine but i'm hearing more and more good things about Moldova! _________________ Travel Insurance - Insureplc.com |

I would say France or the State of Califronia. Italy can be good and bad. Spain's Rioja is nice as is the Syrah from Australia. I have tried some wines from Argentina but they all sucked. _________________ memory card reader |

In Vietnam we dont make wine, but we make something like Sake in japan but way heavier, and taste like vodka. Ingredients could be rice, maize or sweet potato. This liquid taste so smooth and intocicating. I think it is great, and cheap too.
And it depend on what you consider as nice wine. _________________ Niche Travel Vietnam

| The best glass of wine I had was in Palma de Mallorca in La Cueva restaurant in the Old Town, and it was called AN2 Anima Negra from Bodegas Anima Negra in Binissalem, Mallorca - in fact it extended to a bottle, or 2. |
