keeping a tent cool

A number of years ago (must be about 10 now), we were asked to distribute some literature for a company called Magicool. I have no idea whether the product is child friendly but anyone reading this might want to take a look. They occasionally advertise on TV here in the UK.

Bright coloured tents help to keep the heat from the sun out especially when you camp out on the beach or where ever it is hot. To protect yourself from the sun try to find a tent that uses fabrics which are resistant to Ultraviolet rays, this is your best bet as the heat will be reflected off. Just think that dark colours (black) attract heal and Light (white) colours repel / rebound heat away.

just pour some water over and try to keep in shade , that will keep it cool during the day

yeah i think group consensus is place your tent under a tree with some nice shade. also, keep vents open for a cool cross breeze.
