Have any of our US friends seen the lunar eclipse?
| Quote: | | (AP) — Stargazers across North America will watch the full moon dim into a dark, ruddy orb Saturday night as the moon drifts through Earth's shadow in the latest celestial event this year to pull eyes skyward. |
The last eclipse of the moon visible from North America was on May 15, but much of the United States was cloudy.
Actually, it's said that this eclipse can also be seen in South America, Europe and Africa... so keep an eye out for it!

I saw the start of it here in the UK, at around 11.30pm. There was a 'chunk' missing from the top left hand area of the moon as we viewed it, as if someone had taken a bite out of it!
Was feeling too tired to stay up and watch the whole thing...
