| I book basically all my travel online nowdays, its just so easy and is quite safe. Or we go to see an actual agent for special questions |

I did once online, and when i got there i was really dissapointed. I think the owner is a big jackass, ( Wienn - Scalla Apartments ). I book a luxury appartment, when i got there, he wanted to give me the downside appartment, on the basement, and to get one appartment on the first floor i had to pay 60 euro extra. So better you call, before doing it online..
