Hi, yap actualy it's very usefull and interesting article Smile the main thing when you travelling is: you can leave your teethbrush, but never leave your head at home Very Happy

One safety tips for young travelers is to be in contact with the authorities always. This will get you out of tricky situations easily.

To help avoid becoming a target, do not dress in a way that could mark you as an affluent tourist.
Always travel light.
Bring only whats important.
Medicine is important.

It can be very valuable to stay updated with the local news were you are and also try to browse the local news for the places you are going to.

I have read the article and found lots of useful tips for traveling, especially the tip "Don't take candy from strangers". Oh I love candy very much, so I think it is not easy for me to refuse candy from someone Very Happy

eat candy not good for you. You should eat more fruits and vegetables or fruit juice, vegetables.

Before to travel you have to look for information about health services and emergency numbers in the country you're travelling to as a precaution especially in Africa and Some countries in Asia.
