Japanese, Thai and Indian!
All for their different qualities, all done best in their own countries.
However when I went to Thailand last year I had an amazing Indian Curry in Bangkok and there is a Japanese restaurant chain called Fuji which is pretty decent and of course the Thai food it's self is amazing!
My mouth is watering just thinking about it! |

I think in terms of history, rich culture and variety, I would say Chinese Cuisine.
If your looking in Asia in general, countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and even Japan, all have at some point been influenced by the culinary arts from China.
As for the exact Chinese dish that would be hard, as there is so much to choose from that I find is delicious! |

| I think a lot of food can be enhanced by the serving dishes that you use. All types of food can be delicious depending on how it's cooked and for me how it's presented, too! Although obviously if I've been hiking all day presentation comes a little lower in the requirements!! If you want to serve up holiday food to look authentic try using specialised serving dishes such as those used in Catering Equipment |

The special Chicken Binakol is great and sweet with bits of spices. Also those foods with coconut milk combined with spicy chili like the Bicol Express is just sumptuous! |
Agree! And with everyone else who also answered Filipino food. There are just so much to choose from, and everything goes perfectly with steamed rice. Yum! |

My goodness, my favourite dish ever is Japanese.
Sukiyaki - It's hard to explain what it is; I recommend you do a quick google, it's great for social events because it's like a big "help yourself" dish.
I hardly ever have enough time to prepare it, I wish I could eat it more often! |

| Nothing can compare to the mixed Chinese and Filipino Foods. They are the best among the rest. |

I just love a good curry ( chicken, peanut butter, coconut milk, curry paste, some veg, peanuts -> just delicious), but also a nice chinese dish (noodles, chicken, black bean paste, veg), which is mouth-watering, too. I have also tried Thai-curry in the UK, would also recommend, there is quite a lot, luckily |

I have been to China and Japan and the food in both countries is not comparable to the so-called Chinese and Japanese food that you order in the UK.
My favourite dish in Japan was a kind of pancake with different sauces. No idea what it was called, but I really enjoyed it.
In China every place you go has different styles of food.
Before I went to China I did not like Eggplant, but in China I ate this lovely dish with only Eggplant, nuts and great sauce.
I loved it, at almost the entire plate alone! One of my all time fav. dishes and since I love eating Eggplant when made correctly. (leave-off skin)
My all time favourite Asian dish has to be, a noodle's dish I had in a very local, not known to tourist place. They have fresh made noodles, you could even see them making the noodle's in the kitchen.
The dish I love so much had fresh-made noodles, with vegetables and potatoes. It may sound weird but it was absolutely delicious! [/img] |
