Its pretty amusing alright but personally I think the hotel would have been best advised to just let the original criticism go and not reply to it.

As much as it makes me cry a little inside when I read that horrendous use of English, I think that it's terrible of the hotel to publicly humiliate someone. Professionalism comes before anything else.

Otherwise this just screams out "publicity stunt"-
