I think that really depends on how you define 'luxury' and what timespan (this year... last 10 years??) you are looking at...

True. I guess I was a bit concise. I was interested in luxury tours like travcoa's private jet tours which seems to me to be pretty "expletive" luxurious. I am curious if anyone has done this or something like it? Or if there are other companies that people have had experience with.
