Does anyone on here use Pinterest?

I was introduced to Pinterest by a friend recently and I'm surprised how addicted I've become. It's a great way to share your travel photo's. Is anyone here using it?

I have an account ( http://pinterest.com/paulhjohnson/ ) but, after an initial flurry with it, thought I'd better get back to doing some 'real work'. Smile

Fun, I'd agree, but you can all to easy waste a lot of time on it, and there are a lot of other things out there competing for my online time (eg. Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc.).

I plan to add more photos to my account ( http://pinterest.com/katzrichardson/ ), mainly pictures from my travels - I guess it will take a while in between updating my blog and keeping up with Facebook etc like yourself, also I have a dayjob that I need to fit in Wink

Well I'm surprised how few people seem to use Pinterest on here when I see the amount of pictures posted on there - there are some real stunning images...

As I see it, the problem is that our time spent online nowadays is pulled in some many different directions, be it Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, working on websites, leisure time, etc. etc. There just aren't enough hours in the day and for me at the moment, because I've not really identified any clear benefit from using Pinterest (I can see it may have some potential), it just appears some way down the list in terms of the hierarchy of importance of my online time.

Ergo... I barely use it.

I'm the same, I haven't looked at it since an initial flurry. There were many concerns about copyright from internet users and ownership of the images. I don't know if that has been resolved

I still tend to use Flickr Creative Commons mainly because I'm used to it and because I can use photos for free.

Hi, I am going to start using Pinterest, but I do not expect much of it. Just show the pictures from my site. It's good for SEO, but do not expect much (if any) traffic from it.
There are too many social activity. We could get crazy will all that things to do, site developing, technical issues, adding content, social things, answering emails, etc.etc. Crayziness! Successful online presence is not easy job! Rolling Eyes

I set up an account but dont know how to use it!
Firstly I find it very strange that I need to accept an invitation after registering, not like fb or twitter.Still cant mkar sense of it though!
