A cryptic clue for a dragon…really? Mar dragons aren’t much for clues, they do however love parades-- floats, banners, fireworks - dragons love that stuff.
Trust me, you have a travel hangman parade and you’ll see that dragon winding his way through.

Well this time I checked the letter discard list twice, so with High Hopes and banners flying , I ‘m going with an H.
BTW Mar, I trust this cryptic clue isn’t UK specific- because if it is, that would initiate an unfortunate turn of events….for you and the cats.
