I love watching most events in the olympics but the boxing can be especially interesting given how many fighters come through the ranks to go pro. It's a great chance to see some of the worlds best up and coming fighters.
I applied for tickets for the boxing but gone zero! |

There is most definately a football category for the Olympics... will be interesting to see what team is going to be selected. Stuart Pearce is managing the GB Football Team I believe. |

| Really looking forward to the London Olympics, hope we get some good weather for it. Will be horrible if it is a month of grey wet weather! London will be heaving! |

really looking forward to the Olympics, so much so I've booked 2 weeks off to enjoy them.
Managed to get 2 sessions for the badminton and 2 for athletics, including the womens 100m final (might need binoculars from my seat though).
Praying for good weather and no logistical issues. I remember the commonwealth games in Manchester which were brilliant (amazing atmosphere). |

| If you have only one or two tickets and are at a loss about what to do with the rest of your time in England, Norfolk & Suffolk are great places just an hour or so away on the train. If you want more details on these beautiful counties which are full of historic Castles, Churches and Stately Houses, feel free to drop me an email. |

| Can't believe the London 2012 Olmpyics are finally here. It seems like a long build up and I am looking forward to the opening ceremony and all the nations coming together. Should be a great few weeks |

The Olympics is leaving me feeling bitter-sweet.
I was born in the UK and am living in Barcelona.
On the one hand it all looks like it's going great and people are really proud to be British, it's good to see something that is uniting people (and at the same time giving them a great excuse to do what we British do best, complain!)
At the same time, I wanted to go visit my family and I have to postpone it because of travelling during the Olympics is pretty much a nightmare! |

Now that the Oympics are long gone, I think I can say it: I lived in Stratford and had to use Stratford Station every day to get to work. It was a nightmare!
But I could at least see and hear the fireworks from my window, which was pretty awesome. |
