I come from Poland and I like Krakow too. I strongly recommend two unique places there: Piłsudzki's Mound (or Independence Mound) and Zakrzowek [zaˈkʂuvɛk] |

If it comes to Krakow, you can talk for hours and it would be only the beggining of the story... one thing that I love about my hometown, is the variety of cafes, bars, pubs - you can easily find place that suits you the best and stick with it for years. Advantages? You quickly get to know staff and start to have friend-discounts or even, occasionally, drinks for free |

Kraków or Cracow, is the main hube for the southern-east Poland and the main stop for Poles way to south, for visiting Slovakia and Polish mountains, as well, the famous Zakopane town.
Krakow is mixture of old tradition and modern suburbs. However, the old centrum of Krakow and Jew's district Kazimierz is worth of seeing.
There are many to see in old town and many restaurants to discover on the main square.
I always enjoy visting this city. |
