Any suggestion on Paris & Bordeaux traveling?

Recently I have decided to travel Paris & Bordeaux with my friend 'samiul'. After a long request to samiul he is willing to go with me.
As I am a new member of this forum, want help from others for any suggestion on paris and Bordeaux traveling.
Can you give any suggestion for cheap deal for accommodation and others. please share any experience on this.
