I am trying to gauge opinion on a new product that I may develop and would really appreciate your input. If you could spare a couple of minutes to respond and answer these questions I would very much appreciate it.

Do excess baggage fees ever worry or concern you?

When buying cases do you look for quality or low cost?

Excess baggage fees don't bother me. It is the fee for the first and second bag that I think is totally wrong.

I do not usually preweigh my bags.

I usually look for a quality bag at a reasonable price.

Some years I fly a lot, others not so much.

I would NOT buy luggage with built-in scales -- for one thing they would add to the weight! Rolling Eyes

1- 1, Excess baggage fees don't worry me- I usually just have a carry-on

3- 1 Quality

4- quite a bit

5- No Although if I did have a heavy case I would weigh it before I got to the airport

It might be easier to take your scales separately, than building them in to your case. Feel free to contact us if you want to talk about your design.

FYI, you might want to also remove your web address from your 'Location' in your profile settings as that comes across as a little spammy also, given it's not a geographical location.
