Hi guys my name is Selena, I have a younger sister who is disabled, she has very very poor mobility and can't walk un-aided and needs a fair bit of care etc. she also suffers from dementia and has learning problems. She's 32 years of age (I'm 34 btw)

In July of this year we are travelling to Ibiza for my other sisters 30th birthday. I have been to Ibiza on several occasions and aren't aware of any places out there with good disabled access or facilities blah blah. Its also got lots of steps & hills.

If I am waffling I apologise!

The party travelling out there is big and Nel is the only disabled person with us. Getting around won't be an issue as we have cars and we have got a really good villa to stay in etc. SOOOOOOOOOO - the whole reason for the post is that I am after a list places / advice for disabled travellers in Ibiza. Can anyone help?

THANK YOU!
Selx

Piscis park and the Venus are probably the best hotels for wheelchairs (good lifts). Luckily Spain has the same European laws as we do so most things are accessible.

As for nightclubs i dunno if they are accessible.... Have you tried asking a few of them?

If your going clubbing then probably best to book the vip section.... less people around and easier to move about in a wheelchair Smile

As far as I know, many places in Ibiza already offer a wide variety of facilities for disabled people. If you are still unsure, you can simply request these to the hotel that you will be staying in.
