Ok, I have did very little traveling but love exotic cuisine. Tell us where you are from and then give us ONE food that would want a visitor to try if they could only have one meal in your country. What would it be?

Proper fish & chips with mushy peas, preferably bought from a fish & chip take away right near the sea, and eaten from newspaper sitting on the prom!

I love spaghetti and I want it to recommend it to you guys. The ingredients are very easy to find on the market and also the preparation process.
