Hi! I am a traveler and I am a one-bagger tourist.
I have my old Jansport bag that is already tattered and needs replacement.
Could someone give me an idea what bag to buy?
I need it to be strong and lightweight.

Thanks... Laughing

in my opinion a great laptop bag for travelers like you is somewhat must have a big space, it must be also waterproof and shockproof.

My suggestion for you, you may try "carmazzi1bag". This month they released new concept & design of laptop bag. Follow this link for carmazzi1bag dot com

I'd say that the type of bag that will be best depends on where you will be going and what you'll be doing.

For general travelling I prefer a 40 litre zip bag that has the option of a single shoulder strap or handles.

If I'm going to be hiking/camping then I prefer a more traditional rucksack style about 60L size.

As always you get what you pay for and if your going to be carrying it for distances then fit is very important. Make sure you try it on in the shop before purchasing (if possible loaded - but in practice this is hard to do)

As far as makes My favorite packs have been by Karrimore and Jack Wolfskin. But I always try and chose by fit and finish rather tahn a specific make.
