Did anyone see Twenty Twelve, the BBC4 send up of the London Olympics organising committee? The part about the count-down clock was quite funny, and slightly prophetic maybe; there was a big argument, because Boris Johnson was supposed to start the clock but was stuck in traffic (caused by trialling the new Olympic traffic control system!), so one of the committee suggested to delay starting the clock, but was over-ruled as it would have meant delaying the start to the Olympics!! So if the real clock has stopped, does it mean the opening ceremony will be late?!?! _________________ Track your Euros here

The first of very many things to go wrong with the Olympics, I'm sure.
I live less than 100 miles from london. I shall try to be a great deal further away than that while the Expensive Games are on. |

I don't think it's really worth it, I mean going to the Olympics. London is overpriced even now, imagine what would be next year. It's all about money, money, money.....

| Let's hope the clocks dont stop in the middle of a race, or they could end up taking an hour to do the 100m |

I agree with payson. It is already expensive imagine during the games
Watching the games on the TV is cheaper and more relaxing... |
