In my opinion, the best city must have some qualities.
1.Good equal rights grade.
2 Environmental health---Clean air, clean environment, unpolluted soil and water.
3. A population hovering around 1 million.
4 A great city council
5. Very minimal crime.
6 Lower cost of living
7 Great learning institutions.
8 Good planning for landmarks, museums and tourist attractions.
9 Good roads and good shade trees.
10 Last of all, great restaurants to eat in.
Austin in Texas may fall into many of these categories.

WOW San Francisco !!! sigh... it seems like such an interesting and beautiful city, I would love to live there forever... And yes, as I have seen the pictures of it , I have always felt that feeling that you describe, the city is simply a magnet, it calls for me...
If there's any more good places you had been, don't forget to share with us. And we will surely talk about that in some other articles.
Regards
Mac

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Some think wall to wall skyscrapers are beautiful. Others think a city nestled in the Rocky Mountains is beautiful.
I have to agree with the previous poster in that San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities. I love everything about the city. The shopping, the restaurants, the various sections of town that are so different, all of the history, Alcatraz, and more. So much to offer and a great place to visit.
Charleston, SC is another one of my favorite places. The historic district around the Battery and Slave Market is filled with beautiful old homes that have been converted to B&Bs, cobblestone streets, the restaurants (OMG some of the food there is to die for), and more. |

When you leave Yosemite at the west entrance, there is a little village called Mariposa. Spend 2 days there relaxing after trekking through Yosemite and fell in love . Great food, great atmosphere, fantastic people and good mountainbiking ! I already searched for any job opportunities _________________ Around 2500 pictures from Nepal /Nepal /

| We've seen only two: Atlanta and NYC. NYC IS DIRTY as you cannot imagine. I mean, it's disgusting. Atlanta was way cleaner. Anyway, even with its smell and misery, NYC is an amazing city. |

| For me I would have to say Minneapolis, MN. I just love the colors and the skyline. and During winter it is Magical. Not to mention all the parks and lakes around the city. |

Nevada is not a city. Nevada is a state roughly the size of Italy and within its boundaries likes many cities. _________________ My flight map. A million miles and counting....Where I’ve been around the globe. |
