With the influx of visitors now exploring Beirut what is the low down on this destination- Politically fairly unstable, but beautiful-
What's the deal..? A friend who lived there said ' When you hear shooting, you just don't leave your house..but i am having a total love affair with the place...'
So is Beirut firmly on the map as making a startling comeback...?
What are your thoughts...? |

I'm not sure how this fits into luxury travel considering you might be dodging bullets if you go there, but I have to say it isn't first on my list of places to travel. _________________ Kieran
