Here's why I dislike Ryanair

I usually avoid them when travelling with family, but the wife and I have just booked 2x return flights to Alicante from Leeds for £40 all in, nothing else, nada!! Problem is, the hire car is costing 3x as much as the two flights Confused

Some friends of mine flew with Ryanair earlier in the year during the ash cloud problems, they were in Malaga airport waiting to fly back to East Midlands airport, Ryanair's website was reporting no problems and the check-inn staff kept fobbing them off, after a 5 hour wait they brazenly told the passengers the plane bound for Malaga to take them home had never left East Midlands
