Mine it was a kebab in Turkey for 50euro cents. The kebab was pretty big, but not tasty at all :/

I have been to India loads and I think the cheapest meal I have ever had is there. You can get an all you can eat dinner (which is delicious by the way) for a few pennies! ! _________________ India Travel Plan |

Went around the streets of Bangkok one time and I tried eating at some of the smaller eateries there. They had ready cheap meals for less than a dollar. And the food was very good too. _________________ Australian Visa Assistance - PrincipalVisas.Com |

2001, escorted bus tour of Italy, the euro was not in use yet.
Our tour director brought us to a little place called Bar Furlo (in Furlo, Italy) for lunch. It was not on the posted itinerary and was probably not known by the other tour directors.
Our lunch consisted of a piadine (a sandwich made from a bread similar to pita bread, with tomato, proscuito, mozzarella cheese) and a glass of Verdicchio wine. Marco (the tour director) poured the wine while the waitresses, who he called his "sisters", served the sandwiches. Marco really seemed to be enjoying himself during this stop, which made it more enjoyable for most of us. This lunch cost us 7000 lire per person, or a little under $3.50 each. _________________ Lee's Travel Guide

in 2001 with 3,5 dollars in Lithuania you could buy much more food with this money than you could buy a big pizza + drink I believe ;] _________________ www.gift-tours.com - Have for fun!

I think the most cheaper food I have eaten was in the market of Qingping in Guanzhou China. It was a street noodles with crabs i believe or any seafood. I never ashamed eating the noodles on the street of Qingping market. That was way back 2006 and i think i only paid for that 8 Yuan. don't remember it well. But i find it so cheap and you'll love shopping in Guanzhou China. very cheap. And their burger was 12 Yuan. _________________ Immigration - Employment Green card - Immigration INS |

I had beef medallions that were so tender and tasty that they made me almost cry for joy. They were lightly covered in some kind of sauce that brought out the flavor of the meat instead of smothering it like most sauces do. I went the very traditional route and had a baked potato with my medallions and it was a nice baked potato but what more can you say about a baked potato. For desert I had cheesecake with raspberry sauce and once again I almost wept for joy. I have eaten at a lot of really good restaurants but this was far and away the best meal that I have ever eaten. _________________ Chandigarh hotels
