Anyone had any bad experiences with hotel staff due to the collapse of Goldtrail

yeah I heard reports of families being scared to leave their rooms in case the locks were changed and passports being taken then charged for there return.

Yes it really sad that these people have saved up to go on these holidays and their trips have just been ruined!
