I like the long tours and suggest the all travellers to high risk destinations
that they need to be aware of the disease risks associated with contaminated food and water, disease spread by animals and insects, and infectious disease transmitted by close personal contact. _________________ UK short breaks, Whitby guest house

Well.....to me it is part of the holiday no to worry about anything.
I have the rest of the year to be healthy. _________________ Rome airport transfers |

I tend to go on short city breaks so for those 3-4 days just throw caution to the wind and enjoy yourself and try whatever you want. _________________ Mallorca Holidays

I tend to eat a lot more healthily when I'm away. In England I don't often have time to cook which means that I eat a lot more rubbish. Also in England its really easy to buy junk food. When I go abroad, I am shocked by how little junk food they sell compared to back home.
Also, the food in places like Thailand is so fresh and delicious but also a lot of it is healthy and lower in fat, sugar and salt. _________________ Morocco Travel Plan - We’ll help you build your own Morocco adventure |

| I usually eat extremely unhealthy when I travel because I'm constantly chowing down on the local cuisine and trying out some regional wines or beers. I don't really hold back - I guess that's why they call it a vacation...I take a vacation from my traditional eating habits. |

We always eat healthy...ish. Not by any means health freaks, as we eat far too much cheese, but we do prefer fresh food, and only have anything that is remotely prepared, once or twice a week as a 'Lazy Dinner'
When travelling though - I beleive trying the food of the country you are in is a must - but you need to remember you are just as capable of telling if it is suitable enough as you would be at home! Just because you are not familiar with the food - if the surroundings, or the food looks iffy - don't eat there!
Other than that, enjoy it - you may find some things you absolutely adore! I always remember a simple yoghurt in Austria.......it was the most amazing yoghurt I have ever tasted! I ended up searching them out every morning for breakfast! In spain, it was the granary rolls - to die for! Got to try it! |

Tasting local specials has been one of the most fun thing to do when travel. I seldom care about whether it is healthy, fatty or not.
But i do have some untouchable food by my doctor. I will pay attention to that, otherwise, i will just enjoy those delicious food. _________________ Best Las Vegas Travel Deals |
