Which airport do YOU travel from?

I mostly travel from Bratislava airport or in england birmingham airport.. these are my most frequent ones

I tend to travel from Gatwick as it is the closest. It's nice enough, I've never had an issue with it. Although you can't get to all destinations, so Heathrow is needed sometimes.

Stansted, also known as "Ryanair Central". The security staff are generally efficient and helpful, it is a big but not immense in size, and a large number of budget airlines besides Ryanair fly from it.

Getting to Stansted from central London is relatively easy by train, and I have also reached it from central England without much bother.

We usually fly from Leeds/ Bradford at the moment for convenience. A minibus collects us from home and brings us back, all cheaper than the cost of parking Smile

. I have been known to use East Midlands when Derbyshire half term falls differently to Yorkshire as the flights can then be a lot cheaper including the travel.

Gatwick...its is not as hectic as Heathrow!

Used to fly out of Sea-Tac in Seattle when I lived there. I now fly out of Columbia Metro in SC. I love Columbia Metro because it is never busy!

Mostly Liverpool, and then Manchester. If the holiday deal means flying from elsewhere, then I do, but I find Liverpool serves all the destinations I usually go to.

Denver International is my typical starting point, but since I've moved to the Pacific Northwest I've been spending more and more time at SeaTac.

Both are excellent airports.

I prefer Gatwick, it's fairly close to me and a nice size. Not a mission to find where your going.

I usually fly from Luton, just because it's literally 5 minutes up the road from my house! I have to say though, the airport doesn't impress me very much. I found myself having to ask where I was going and at what time etc as it's not made clear for passengers. I just found the whole process irritated me. But maybe it's like that everyhwhere?

I prefer Vienna airport, it's close to where I live and it's a very pleasant airport.

I would say even though Heathrow is the busiest airport in the Uk in terms of passenger numbers, Gatwick is the favourite airport at London and Manchester in the midlands

I usually travel from Gatwick as it is the closest to me - 20 mins drive away, however if not i travel from Heathrow, Stansted or Luton. All the London ones
