Hmm Ice cream, I'm more of a sorbet or frozen yoghurt kind of guy. What does that say about me!?!?

More fruity than creamy is my preferred choice...am I making this worse!?!?!

Unfortunately I can't make ice cream..and to be honest I don't eat it that much! But when I do I tend to go for cookie dough or toffee...mmmm

I'm boring when it comes to ice-cream - I love vanilla. Has anybody tried a coke-float? Get a tall glass of coke ... or Pepsi .... [don't fill to the top though] then add some vanilla ice-cream on the top. Delicious!

Vanilla is the number one most liked flavor of ice cream

In the US root beer floats have been popular for a long time, at least since the days when soda fountains were popular. (the fifties, maybe earlier)

Try it some time - just do the same but use root beer instead of coke.

I made my own ice cream last summer as we had an abundance of wild brambles growing in a field across the road from us...pepped up with a splash of cassis, the ice cream was delicious, was an amazing colour and the foraging for fruit was fun. The brambles are just beginning to fruit again for this summer...hopefully they'll be ready by this time next month and I'll have my ice cream maker out again!

I love X-cream from New Zealand. We can choose many flavor, there're up to 29 sorts.
