Do some exercises, or any activity where you are active and moving, and you will notice that your mood will change. Most people that are depressed are people that lack physical activity. _________________ tenerife deals

I could forsee it working as a version of therapy in the sense that if it can balance the various parts of your brain then at least that side doesn't become dominent. That might help with some of the side effects, including suicide and alcohol abuse although I suspect the effects will be more short-term than permanent.
This is why that stupid report that came out a while back saying 99% of people on pills can be treated by therapy is total rubbish. Anything non-chemical will only work until your brain overrides it with a bigger negative influence which to be honest is more and more likely to happen the longer it goes on.
As with all these things - it's a lot more complicated than a single cause and fix. There's both psychological and chemical factors involved, plus each person has a unique combination so any fix will only work for specific people.
Then again, pills don't work forever really. They can fix certain things, but they also help you see reality which is maybe not such a good thing if you'd planned to stick around to retirement and all that. Guess meditation would have the same effect really - lets you see reality clearly....and then take appropriate action.

There are many effective ways to overcome depression. Fortunately, we can control our thoughts and feelings much more than most people realize. With enough work and effort, you can change habitual thoughts and feelings. First, however, if you are on any medicines, check with your doctor to see if a medicine may be causing your depression. A surprising number of medicines can do this, including many tranquilizers or sleeping pills, many high blood pressure medicines, hormones such as oral contraceptives, some anti-inflammatory or anti-infection drugs, some ulcer medicines, etc. Changing your prescribed medications may be all you need to eliminate depression. _________________ sumvision cyclone |

an easy way to get out of that depression is by simply observing everything around you for a few minutes. You will most likely find something that will catch your attention and let you focus more. _________________ Australian Visa Assistance - PrincipalVisas.Com |
