Has anybody on here from the uk been on a minicruise to bruge, sweden or amsterdam. I love them personally especially the Pride of Hull and Rotterdam boats out of Hull. _________________ GoCaravanRentals.com-Privately owned caravans for rent all over the UK. |

I didn't even know they existed - have you got any more info? How long do you get in these places? How does it compare with just getting a cheap flight? And wouldn't the Pride of Hull just be a P&O North Sea ferry (from the same range as the Pride of Portsmouth or the Pride of Cherbourg, Calais, Dover etc on the Channel)?

Isn't it a bit of a nuisance having to get a bus back out to your boat at the end of the day, rather than staying in a hotel in town?

Mini Cruises are such a good way to get a taste of cruising, I would say that any First times cruisers should try a 3 or 4 night mini cruise. _________________ My Cruise Website and my Forum:

From my blog article:
Mini-cruises a great way to get a foretaste of what a cruise is all about, so perfect for first-time cruisers. Mini cruises generally last four to five days and include all the usual on-board entertainment and sometimes much more, but you get more for your money than you would with a land-based holiday as you usually visit two to three destinations in one trip. To mention only two options, go can go classic, choosing a cruise which will take you to Malta, Italy (Naples, Rome and Florence) and then France (Cannes) before returning to Barcelona. Or, discover the Baltics under a completely different perspective, sailing through Estonia and Russia, and back to Stockholm. _________________ www.holidaycheck.co.uk

| Hi I have been on a few mini cruises with P&O cruises which went ot Brugges, Amsterdam and Le Havre. I think it is a great way to experience a new cruise ship. In Brugges most cruise ships offer a free shuttle service into the town and then you can catch a train into the city which is really easy and cheap to do. Amsterdam Is really easy to do by yourself although dont be alarmed b all the weed smell. |
