Hi Everybody, Very Happy

Camping can be a great get away from the workweek we all experience. It is a time to enjoy the outdoors and get a breath of fresh air, BUT have you ever thought that whether you have everything you need to do a perfect camping trip? To answer this question, it would be better to draw on my camping experience in your efforts to determine which camping equipment would be best suited for your excursion. You should always be prepared for any type of condition or coincidences that may happen.

No matter where or with whom you decided to go, there are a few things that you should always remember to take with you. Some of the basic indispensables, that will not only make your trip fun, but much more enjoyable and safe are a tent, sleeping bag, proper clothing, proper footwear, flashlight, backpack, food, water, Two decks of playing cards, Reflector Oven or Camp stove Oven, Hatchet, Bow saw, Trash bags - Use grocery bags during the day and put in a large bag at night, Matches - The strike anywhere type, Toilet paper, Fuel funnel- For stove and lantern, in a plastic bag, Tent repair kit, Mixing bowl, and a compass.

The best thing to enjoy your camping is to try to make some activities you have never used to do like, hiking, fishing, rafting, it is your chance now to do whatever you dreamt to do. You want to remember to keep safety in mind while camping. Know where you are going and how to get home.

You need to be prepared when you would like to do that kind of acitivity, but it should have balance , not much comfortable because it may feel that you are going to outdoor camp, it is like you stay in the house. (not different in the experience)

I would also bring a good swiss knife, pot and some spoons. Don't forget to bring salt and a good water bottle. Apart from that I think it is all down to attitude. Camping can be great fun if you are in the right mind set and an ideal time to do some meditating. Failing that a small bottle of whisky always comes in handy. Laughing

Outdoor camping equipment

There are some who love the outdoors, and there are some that can't stand the thought of sleeping anywhere but under a roof. Then there are the ones who are somewhere in the middle. They like the idea of it, but they always end up being miserable when they are camping. Those who want to go, but they aren't sure they can do without their coffeemaker, should take some time to get the right outdoor camping equipment so they can have some of the things they will miss when away from home. This makes camping tolerable, and even fun for these people.

The most important piece of outdoor camping equipment is the tent. If you buy the wrong tent, the entire trip is going to be miserable. I found this out the first year I went camping. The tent we had barely fit the two of us, and when it rained, we found out it was not water proof. This made us miserable, and we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. When buying a tent, make sure you find one that is bigger than you need, and find one that is water resistant or water proof so you don't have to worry if it rains.

When thinking about special outdoor camping equipment, you have to think about the things you use each day that you just can't do without. You can find many things to make your stay in the woods or at a campground more fun. If you need coffee in the morning, get a travel coffee maker or one made for camping. If you need to have a pan to cook in rather than just a grill, you should get one. One popular piece of outdoor camping equipment is the outdoor toilet. If your camp area has no restroom, this is a must have, especially if you are a woman.

However, you also have to remember not to go overboard when you are buying outdoor camping equipment. You can't get more than you can carry with you or store in your vehicle when you go.

If you have an SUV, you may be okay with whatever you buy, but even then you have to remember that you need room for things like food, firewood, your clothes, blankets, and other supplies. If you aren't driving and are planning on a hike, you may have to do without a lot of your outdoor camping equipment. Keep that in mind before you agree to go.

Getting to the end of the season for them now but bug repellent and a midge/mossie head net is a must for summer camping in Scotland.

Airbed! I wound some mates up about haing one when we went away a while back, since then i have got one and take it every camping trip!!

I have a bad back and it really helps, but for others it might be the bit of luxury you need to convince a non-willing partner to go camping!!

If we are talking about camping at music festivals...baby wipes are essential and I think they're worth more than gold when you're there!!

All you need is to make the necessary preparations so as to get a hold of the right camping outdoors gear.If you are going camping, it is wise to leave all video games, music players and texting/phone devices at home or disallow the use of texting with the exception of emergencies. Camping is meant to connect you with nature and allow real communication between family members.
