How do I negotiate discount cruise travel deals?

I am looking to book a cruise and I am hoping to get luxury accommodations while paying regular class rates. I figure there has to be discounts out there to do this.

Why am I not surprised that someone who lies about where they are would also be looking for a way to secure something they're to damn cheap to pay for??
