Hi
I'm going to Africa for July for 3 and a half months and would like to take a mobile to keep in touch with family anf friends back home, seeing as internet isn't as widely used over there.
I'm going to Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland and Lesotho and would preferably like one SIM card that works in all of these places.
I know that local SIM cards would be much cheaper to use but I don't seem to be able to find one that will work in all of these, or most of these, countries.
Global SIM cards are good but are so much more expensive than using a local one.
Does anyone know of a local African SIM card that will work in all, or most of, these countries?
Any help and advise on this would be much appreciated as I'm tearing my hair out with all the different options!
Thank you

Hi Mr&Mrs Warner,
You could go with a global SIM card which will work in all of these locations, and sign up for an account with MO-Call (mo-call.com). Basically what you can do is use the MO-Call network to carry out all your communication needs.
There's a 24-hour live-chat link on the MO-Call website which will connect you with a MO-Call customer service rep, and they'll be able to clarify with you exactly how you can make cheap calls while you're abroad in Africa.
Hope you'll find a solution that will fit your needs! _________________ MO-Call - Make Cheap International Calls From Your Mobile
