It's probably the obvious thing, but I thought the food was just fantastic! All the best Asian cuisines in one city! We were there 3 years ago for just a few days, and I think we hardly stopped eating the whole time, mostly from hawker centres, but also some fabulous small Indonesian, malysian and Chinese restaurants/cafés and a strange breakfast of eggy-toast with a kind of sweet green jam (think it was possibly coconut...?). We even had Tapas one night we were there...!

I like:-

1. Singapore is very clean. Singapore’s cleanliness can be described as even toned skin with rare blemishes occasionally.

2. Transportation system is awesome ! But not as good as in Hong Kong.

3. You can walk on the street, strut your stuff and not worried you’ll get robbed or harassed.

4. Everything is in order there and people obey the laws.

I dislike:-

1.The shopping centers are very extreme - Either it’s too high class or it’s too low class.

2.Bad Food.

- Ease of traveling as it's kind of small

- Cleanliness and order of things

Singapore is a clean city. I love the idea that it's a small country so I'd be able to tour as many places as possible in a short span of time.

The cost of living is high, that's probably the disadvantage.

Singapore is quite a unique place, particularly when you consider it is a dictatorship, albeit a fairly benign one. It's an interesting place to visit to see how a really modern city works - it is a very clinical place. However, I would not recommend it as a highly cultural place to visit.

Singapore is the beautiful country. I love this place very much. One of the most noticeable features of this tiny but bustling city-state is its cleanliness - indeed, it is sometimes criticized for its many seemingly petty regulations, such as the banning of chewing gum - but crime is virtually unknown, and it is one of the world's safest places to visit.

I love the shopping, people,food and the city is so clean. The only down side is it can be expensive. Especially when I hit those shops!

It is clean city and easy to access for each attractions via MRT. I would like to try to visit new theme park (Universal Studios) which just recently opened.

Singapore is a great, personally I do find that it lacks culture, other Far East cities have a lot more. However it is a great place and I love the way everything works and it's so clean.

Raffles is a great place and the long bar is well worth a visit I think.

Getting around Singapore is really easy which is a plus, but I do think alot of the shopping is to high profile!
