Must sees - Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, Prague Castle & St Vitus cathedral, Petrin Hill. I can also recommend the tour of Jewish Prague and Terezin (if you are into that sort of thing)

Oh, really, where do I start - you need more than 5 days to see Prague Smile

I would add to the previous posters: Gehry's Dancing House, Museum of Decorative Arts (it is a shrine of Art Nouveau and other early 20th century art movements), Franz Kafka museum and of course Prague ZOO

Visit St. Vitus Cathedral, Prague City Museum, National Museum, Zoo, the Palace and Park "The Star", the Monastery of St. George. I recommend to stay at the hotel "Light Hotel". Excellent service at a reasonable price. Link to the site of the hotel in my signature.

I agree with all other suggestions - you really should see all of that (you will easily make it in 5 days). My favorites are Gehry's Dancing House - I really love this house and Petrin Hill. Prague Zoo is also a very good choice when you are tired of sightseeing. If you are an opera or ballet lover, you can go to National Theater, the tickets are not too expensive. If you prefer partying, there are lots of clubs to go. Enjoy!

hi there!
My congratulations for your great choice to visit Prague, it's lovely city!

there are some places you can't miss staying in Prague:
Old Town Square (Staromestske namesti) - Prague's centre for cafes, street entertainment and leisurely fun. Charles Bridge (Karluv most) - The bridge with the best night view of Prague Castle. It is one of the most popular sights. Romantic spot as well. Municipal House (Obecni dum) and Smetana Hall – It is Prague's most prominent Art Nouveau building, cultural centre with exhibition halls and auditorium.

Enjoy your trip!

In addition to the big sights, definitely make time for Visehrad (and he Cubist houses near it), the Obecni Dum (Municipal House), the Mucha Museum and the Museum of Communism (both off Na Prikope), and the Zizkov TV tower.

Franz Kafka museum and Charles Bridge are the two things I enjoyed most in Prague.

Found a lovely little Italian restaurant very close to Charles Bridge. Can;t remember its name. Cheap and great food.
