It comes down to money really but if I can I always stay in Caesars Palace. Great location and easy access to the Monorail, beautiful hotel and connected to the mall.
Overall Caesars Palace has it all. _________________ Venice apartments, Amsterdam accommodation, Barcelona apartments . |

There are tons of awesome hotels in Las Vegas. They are surprisingly affordable too. I suppose they'd rather keep the hotels cheap so you have more cash left over for gambling. I personally prefer the Bellagio. It's gorgeous and the breakfasts are amazingly delicious. _________________ miami hotel deals |

| Try to stay during week, significantly less expensive. Sign up for email offers for some of the hotels, often good rates. Stay mid strip for convenience. I have often stayed at excalibur for a convention, not luxurious but reasonable price, close to other hotels and train service. Depends on your p;rice range. |

Since there are two separate Vegas threads, here is my answer for those just checking this one:
Depending on what you are looking for, these are my favorites.
Imperial Palace - for affordable room prices and great location right in the center of the main strip
Luxor - for their pyramid rooms with the jacuzzis right next to the window so you can see out onto the strip while relaxing
Bellagio - if you have the money, definitely the most lovely rooms
Sahara - for super affordable room prices and better if you are interested in the old town Vegas strip
Caesar's Palace - mid to high end rooms, great location in the center of the main strip, and close to the best entertainment areas _________________ Tourist Attractions | Beach Guide |

After learning online, call the htoels direct and seek the best value. Always better tha online travel agencies (and more accurate).
We've stayed at NY, NY; Luxor, Monte Carlo, Paris. I like Monte Carlo, wife likes Paris. Shucks, likke most guys, just about anywhere is OK.
Enjoy the RE. City Center is new and worth wandering around. The big blue hotel at North end of strip recently was sold...for about 7.5 cents on the dollar. That is the kind of RE deal I've been looking for in my 40 years as a RE broker. Guess it takes $ to make $. _________________ John Slenes says Visit Indian Hills Inn
